Privacy Policy

This website and text line are run by Marcello Henrique da Silva Ribeiro, a sole proprietor working as Marcello Henrique ("I", "me"), a musician in Los Angeles who performs and hires other musicians for live events. Questions: partnerships@marcellohenrique.com.
What I collect
- What you send me: your name, email, phone number, event details and your message, through the forms on this site, email or text. Form answers go to my email and into a spreadsheet in my Google account.
- If you are a musician I work with: your contact details, the instruments and lineups you play, your availability and your rates.
- Text and call records: messages, the time they were sent, delivery status, your opt-in or opt-out, and voicemails with their transcripts.
- Website basics: the site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Videos play from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, and only if you press play. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies; your browser only remembers whether you minimized the music player.
How I use it
To answer you, plan and run events, arrange and confirm musicians, send gig-related texts, keep records of bookings and payments, and meet legal and tax duties.
Who handles it for me
I do not sell your personal information. These service providers process it only to do their job for me:
- Twilio: sends and receives texts and calls.
- Anthropic: its AI, Claude, helps me read and draft messages and organize booking records.
- Google: email, calendar, and the spreadsheet my website forms go into.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and passes form answers to me.
I may also share what is needed to run a gig (for example, a musician's name with the client, or the event details with the musician), and anything the law requires.
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone except the providers that deliver the messages.
How long I keep it
For as long as we are working together, then as long as I need it for tax and business records. Ask me to delete your information and I will, unless the law requires me to keep it.
Your choices
Email me to see, correct or delete your information. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. California residents may ask what personal information I have shared with others for their direct marketing: I do not share it for that purpose.
Other things to know
- Do Not Track: the site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
- Children: this service is not meant for anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
- Security: I use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
- Changes: I will post any changes here and update the date above.
